Administration
The Saint Isidore Park Administration staff contributes key business insights and management of the Parks’ business and administration functions.
In this role, the Administration is responsible for:
Prepares the annual budget for the Park.
Generates, analyzes and presents monthly financial reports and ongoing analysis of Key Performance Indicators.
Oversees the divisions business functions ensuring strong internal controls – resulting in a clean annual audit in full compliance of state statute, administrative code, and generally accepted accounting principles.
Annually reviews and recommends changes to the Parks fee schedule.
Effectively manages multiple funds including general fund and park revenues.
Coordinates HR function with Saint Isidore Park Office of Human Resources Management.
The Park Administration also provides strategic direction and operational oversight of the Park.
